No Guarantee of Offers or Outcomes

rvbig does not guarantee:

• The number of offers you may receive
• Dealer response times or whether a dealer will respond
• Pricing, availability, terms, or final transaction outcomes
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of dealer-provided information

User Responsibilities

When using rvbig, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information when submitting requests.
• Understand that participating dealers may contact you directly.
• Evaluate offers independently and decide whether to proceed with any transaction.
• Use the platform responsibly and not engage in activities that may harm rvbig or other users.

Dealer Responsibilities

Participating RV dealers are solely responsible for:

• All communications with users
• Pricing, inventory availability, and offer terms
• Representations made to users about vehicles and services
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

rvbig does not provide legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Any decision you make based on information from dealers or this platform is your responsibility.

Intellectual Property
